
Casey Anthony Not Guilty
After 33 days of testimony and just over 10 hours of deliberations by the 12-panel jury, Casey Anthony has been found Not Guilty on the charges of 1st Degree Murder, Aggravated Child Abuse or Aggravated Manslaughter of a Child; Guilty on four counts of providing False Information to Law Enforcement for the 2008 death of her two-year old daughter, Caylee Anthony.
Count 1 - 1st Degree Murder - Not Guilty
Count 2 - Agravated Child Abuse - Not Guilty
Count 3 - Manslauthgter of a Child - Not Guilty
Count 4, 5, 6, 7 - Providing False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer - Guilty

Casey Anthony will be released on July 13th.
***UPDATE*** - Casey Anthony Sentencing
Judge Perry sided with the prosecution and invoked the decision of the jury to find Anthony Guilty of all four counts; stating that there is no legal cause shown to not impose sentencing for all four counts. Casey has been sentenced to one-year in Orange County jail and will be fined $1000 for each of the four counts, each count to run consecutive and Anthony will be given time served. The two teams will come together to figure out the time served. Everyone can hold their heads and relax, Ms. Anthony will not be released from jail today.
